Privacy Rights Requests

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

This page explains how to exercise the privacy rights described in the Conelo Privacy Policy. It applies to anyone whose personal information Conelo processes, including European/UK GDPR data subjects and California consumers under the CCPA/CPRA.

What you can ask for

You may ask Conelo to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you (access / right to know).
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date (rectification).
  • Delete information about you, subject to retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format (portability).
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Conelo does not sell or share personal information for these purposes today, so this request is processed as confirmation of that status.

How to make a request

Send an email to support@conelo.co with the subject line "Privacy Request". Tell us:

  1. Which right you are exercising (access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or opt-out).
  2. The email address associated with your Conelo account, so we can verify your identity.
  3. Anything that will help us scope the request (for example, "all data from my Expert profile" or "engagement records between June and August 2026").

You can also send a request by post:

Conelo 1203 N. Washington Ave #1015 Durant, OK 74701 United States

Verification and timing

To protect against fraudulent requests, we will verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Verification typically means confirming control of the email address on your Conelo account; for sensitive requests we may ask for additional information.

We will respond to verified requests as soon as we can and in any event:

  • Within 30 days for GDPR / UK GDPR requests (extendable once by up to 60 days for complex requests, with notice).
  • Within 45 days for CCPA / CPRA requests (extendable once by 45 days for complex requests, with notice).

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask the agent to provide written authorization signed by you, plus the same identity-verification information we would ask for from you directly.

What we cannot do

Some information must be retained for a period defined by law (for example, tax records, fraud-prevention logs, and engagement records held under the held-funds dispute process). We will tell you when a request is partially declined for one of these reasons and will explain the basis.

Complaints

If we decline a request or you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to a data-protection authority. If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, the relevant authority is the one in your country of residence or the country where the alleged infringement occurred.

You can find a list of EU authorities at edpb.europa.eu and the UK ICO at ico.org.uk.
